We’re looking for a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our Legal & Governance team. In this key role, you’ll manage complaints with empathy and professionalism, helping shape a fair and transparent customer experience. You’ll also contribute to service improvements and uphold the values that define our business.
Location: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Perth (flexible)
What You’ll Do:
- Investigate and assess complaints, gathering insights from stakeholders
- Deliver clear, well-reasoned decisions and communicate effectively with all parties
- Apply your knowledge of dispute resolution, legal principles, industry codes, and AFCA decisions
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate across teams to promote service excellence
