The purpose of the Claims Support Consultant role is to assist in the proactive management of claims, ensuring exceptional service for our customers and partners. You’ll play a key role in helping us deliver on our vision of being the most trusted insurance partner to the strata community.
Locations: at any of our offices Australia wide - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth
Job Description
• Provide a superior lodgement and initial contact experience for customers
• Support claims allocation and correspondence across multiple teams
• Manage a portfolio of low-value property claims in line with policy conditions
• Refer claims exceeding authority to the appropriate channels
• Assist the wider claims team with administrative duties
Desired Skills and Experience
• Previous experience in insurance or customer service is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working with systems and data entry
• Motivated, curious, and team-oriented
• You must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role
