Job Description
As part of our Customer Delivery team, you’ll support the smooth and efficient delivery of insurance policies to our customers. You’ll gain an understanding of risk management, learn how our systems work, and help us maintain service excellence.

What you’ll do:
Support underwriters with policy processing and document handling
Respond to Broker, Strata Manager, and Lot Owner requests
Ensure data is accurately captured in our systems
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and share improvement ideas
Manage task trackers and meet service deadlines
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Completed a tertiary qualification in business, economics, or commerce, and/or have relevant experience in administration, customer service, or data entry.
Tech-savvy with a keen eye for detail
Strong communicator who enjoys working in a team
Motivated, curious, and solution-focused
Must have full working rights in Australia
